I would like to thank you and your team for the incredible trip we had in your beautiful country…Over years, we’ve travelled extensively for both business and pleasure.

These trips have brought us to visit many countries in Europe, Middle-East, South America, China, etc.

Because of our past experiences, we generally book our own hotels, flights and visits on our own.

But, taken into consideration the situation in Egypt, we have elected to book our Egypt portion through your agency.

Transportation we always on time, communications were easy and, access to a local phone (supplied by your organization) was essential…and well appreciated!

As far as accommodation (Mena House and Fairmont Nile City) are concerned, they were top notch.

Your recommendation for the Ramadis II ship was a plus. Personnel, quality of service, pricing and cleanliness were all appreciated.

As far as the guides, we were impressed by both Cherine (for the Cairo/Gizeh days) and Said El Feky Azazi (for the Nile cruise). Not only were they very nice people, they are highly knowledgeable and their local network has helped us to enter/visit places we would have never been able to visit otherwise. (Notably a lunch in Memphis/Saqqara and a boat tour with Mohammed Al Arabi in Aswan)

As far as GAT Tour personnel, we were impressed by yourself, Eslam Sweloum and all drivers and other people involved.

Quality of services, on time activities, vehicles and all other attention to details have made our stay, unforgettable!!!
