Day 1: Arrival to Cairo Int. Airport
At night, free at leisure on your own in Cairo, the capital, clean, safe and modern city. You can take the chance to go for a marvelous “Optional Tour” to Islamic Cairo in the Mouiz Street, where you can visit the most unique collection of our Islamic monuments like Al Hakim Mosque, El Aqmar Mosque, Beit El Sehemy and other interesting places. Day 02: Pyramids_Sakkara_Memphis
Our next stop will be to Saqqara, the royal burial site of the 3rd dynasty of the Old Kingdom in Egypt and one of the richest archeological places in Egypt with treasures being discovered until today. The highlight and the centerpiece of Saqqara is the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the oldest surviving stone monument in the whole world and the first proper pyramid to ever be constructed in Egypt in the 27th century BC. This would be a marvelous chance to understand the evolution of the pyramids building in ancient Egypt. The step pyramid is considered to be one of the most important landmarks of pyramids construction in Egypt.
Our last stop of the day will be to Memphis, the first capital of unified Egypt. Established in 32nd century BC by KingNarmer after he unified Upper and Lower Egypt. The city served as the seat of the government until the 22nd century. However, all the displayed exhibited in the open-air museum we will explore today belong to the New Kingdom with the highlights being the amazing Colossi of Ramses II, the alabaster sphinx, and many other statues and items.

Day 03: Museum_Citadel_Old_Cairo
Our next visit will be to the Citadel, constructed in the 10th century by Saladin to protect Egypt and became the residence of the rulers of Egypt for a period that lasted more than seven centuries. The citadel itself is one of the most impressive medieval fortresses and it contains many remarkable monuments like the famous Mosque of Mohamed Ali, the Mosque of El Nasser Mohamed, and many interesting museums. This is besides offering the guests amazing panoramic views of the city of Cairo. Later on, you will enjoy your lunch meal at local restaurant.
After lunch we will proceed to Coptic Cairo area, a part in the Egyptian capital that hosts some of the most interesting Coptic monuments in the country. We will start our Coptic tour by visiting The Hanging Church, first established in the 5th century and one of the most important historical churches in Egypt. Our next visit in Coptic Cairo will be to the Abu Serga Church, believed to be constructed where the holy family rested at the end of their journey, it was constructed in the 7th century. Our last visit in Coptic Cairo will be to the Church of Saint Mary, an orthodox church, built during the 5th century, restored and rebuilt many times afterwards.
After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Cairo for rest and refresh. Day 04: El Fayoum City Tour
We will start our visits in El Fayoum with the Hawara Pyramid, constructed by the well-known King Amenmhat III, in the 19th century BC as his royal tomb made out of limestone and mud bricks. Afterwards, we will be having lunch on the shores of the Lake Qarun, one of the deepest natural lakes in Egypt that is more than 3300 square meters. Our last visit of the day in El Fayoum will be to one of the remarkable monuments there, the Pyramid of Meidum, constructed by King Senfru, the father of King Cheops and the constructor of the Pyramids of Giza, as his first attempt to build a proper pyramid in Egypt that was a failure due to the collapse of large stones from the pyramid.
After our amazing tour in El Fayoum, we will drive back to Cairo – distance is around 102 KM, takes approximately 02 hours driving by car. Arrive to Cairo and proceed to your hotel there for check in, rest and refresh. Evening time is free at leisure on your own, so you can explore the capital of Egypt by night. Day 05: Drive to El Minya & O.N.
We begin our visits of the day in El Minya by exploring Tell El Amarna, established by Akhenaten at the end of the 13th century BC. The new capital was largely destroyed as the supporters of the cult of the god Amun never admitted that the worship of the new god, Aten, the god of the sun, is rightful. However, today the ruins of the city stretch over a surface area that is more than 12 kilometers.

Day 06: Beni Hassan, Tuna El Gebel, Ashmonien & O.N.

Day 07: Drive to Sohag & O.N.
We will pass the city of Assiut and visit Meir Necropolis including amazing tombs of nobles and priests dates back to the Old kingdom and the Middle kingdom – After this visit continue driving to reach Sohag, We will stop in the way to visit the Open Air Museum of Akhmim, to view the remains of the town that flourished there in ancient times displayed in an interesting open air museum with the statue of Meritamun, one of the favorite daughters of the famous king, Ramses II.
We will go on until we reach Sohag, where we will transfer you to your hotel there for check in, rest and refresh. At night, free at leisure on your own in order to explore the city or walk around your hotel. Finally, you’ll get back to your hotel for dinner and overnight. [Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner].
Day 08: Abydos& Denderah
Our first stop of the day will be to explore the significant site of Abydos, one of the oldest towns of ancient Egypt that hosts a number of tombs, temples, and other ruins today.
The next stop of our day will be at the city of Denderah, where we will visit the Temple of Dendera, one of the best preserved and marvelous example of the Greco Roman architecture in Egypt. The temple dedicated to the goddess Hathour is quite remarkable.
We will then complete driving towards Luxor. It is scheduled to arrive to Luxor by afternoon and proceed to our hotel for check in, rest and refresh. Evening time is yours to explore the amazing city of Luxor by night. You can walk around your hotel or go to the Tourist Market in Luxor in order to buy some local (hand-made) gifts to your family members, relatives and friends. Day 09: Full Day West Bank & O.N. in Luxor
Our next visit on our in the West Bank of Luxor would be to the Deir El Madina, or the village of the workers who constructed these marvelous monuments all over Luxor. Founded in the 16th century BC, the outline of the village can be explored until today. This is besides some interesting tombs.
We finish this amazing day tour with Ramesseum, the mortuary temple of the great king, Ramses II, who built it in the 13th century. Today the temple is featured with some colossi of the king and many other notable sections. Evening time is yours to explore the amazing city of Luxor by night. You can walk around your hotel or go to the Tourist Market in Luxor in order to buy some local (hand-made) gifts to your family members, relatives and friends. Day 10: Luxor City Tour
Our next visit of the day will be to the Mummification Museum, a new museum dedicated to the illustration and the documentation of the mummification process in ancient Egypt including the tools, substances, mummies, coffins, and other interesting items from the mortuary scene in ancient Egypt
After the tour, we will get back to our hotel in Luxor to spend our last night at hotel before embarking our Nile Cruise ship in the next day morning! Overnight in Luxor. [Breakfast]
Day 11: East Bank of Luxor
Our next visit of the day will be to the Luxor Temple, another startling temple which was established around the 14th century BC and the construction continued for many years afterwards by Ramses II, Queen Hatshepsut, and many other Pharaohs. The temple is featured with its variety of design outlines and architecture. This is besides the huge two statues of Ramses II which ornaments the façade of the temple.
After the tour, we will get back to the Nile cruiser for rest & refresh. Enjoy your Afternoon tea on board while relaxing on the sundeck facing the amazing view of the Nile. We have many optional tours so you can enjoy in Luxor, however, the most attractive tour is the sound & light show at the Karnak Temple to enjoy the interesting show where you get to know the stories behind the construction of many sections of the temple and many facts about the different Pharaohs and kings who contributed to the construction of this marvelous complex. Day 12: West Bank of Luxor
Enjoy your delicious breakfast before exploring the West bank of Luxor, the city of the dead where many marvelous mortuary temples and necropolises are located. Our first visit of the day will be to the Valley of the Kings, the richest and most fascinating ancient tombs in Egypt. This was the burial site of the kings from the New Kingdom. This includes the marvelous tomb of Tutankhamen, discovered intact by Howard Carter in 1922 as the most important archeological discovery in the 20th century. The tombs are featured with marvelous wall painting which survived until today.
The next visit will be to the Temple of Deir El Bahari, which was constructed during the reign of the 18th dynasty by Queen Hatshepsut, one of the greatest rulers of Egypt. The Temple is featured with its many terraces, the statues of the Queen with a beard, and its magnificent location carved out of one of the great mountains of Thebes.
Our last visit at the West Bank will be to the Colossi of Memnon, these two huge statues are the only remaining items of the great funerary temple of Amenhotep III constructed in 1350 BC and became a landmark of Luxor afterwards.
After the tour, we will get back to the Nile cruiser to have our delicious lunch meal on board. Enjoy your Afternoon tea on board while relaxing on the sundeck facing the amazing view of the Nile. Day 13: Edfu & Kom Ombo
After visiting the amazing temple of Edfu, you will get back to the ship, so we can enjoy the lunch on board while sailing to the city of Kom Ombo. Enjoy the wonderful landscape of the Nile from the sundeck. Arrange yourself for the second visit of the day, whereas we will meet Temple of Kom Ombo, established in the Ptolemaic period and completed in the Roman era, the temple is dedicated to two gods, the local crocodile, Sobek and the famous eagle god, Haroeris. This was why the temple was divided into two sections; one for each god.
Finally, you will be transferred back to your Nile cruise ship for rest and refresh. Day 14: Dam_Philae_Obelisk
We will then ride in a motorboat to reach Agilika Island, the new location of the marvelous Philae Temple, constructed in the 3rd century BC in the Greco Roman era as the center of the worship of the goddess Isis. It is one of the most remarkable ancient Egyptian temples that were relocated after the construction of the High Dam and the water of the River Nile affected many historical monuments, the temple was transferred under a huge project funded by many nations and supervised by the UNESCO.
Our last visit of the day will be to the Unfinished Obelisk, which was found in the granite quarry in the Southern part of the city of Aswan. If completed, the unfinished obelisk would have been the largest piece of stone humans ever dealt with. Dating back to the New Kingdom, it documents however the miraculous process of the construction of obelisks in ancient Egypt.
After the day tour, we will drive back to our Nile cruiser, so we can enjoy the tasty lunch. Afternoon, free at leisure on board in order to relax beside the pool on the sundeck and enjoy the incomparable view of the River Nile. Day 15: Abu_Simbel_Temples
After a memorable tour of the temple of Abu Simbel, we will drive back to our hotel in Aswan. We will check in the hotel within few minutes! The rest of the day is free at leisure on your own, so you can explore the city of Aswan by night, totally amazing! Finally you’ll get back to your hotel for overnight. [Breakfast]
Day 16: Aswan Classic Tour
Our next visit will be to the Temple of Kalabsha, relocated after the construction of the High Dam in the 1960s, the Temple of Kalabsha was constructed in the year 30 BC as a great example of Roman architecture in Egypt.
The most interesting part of our Aswan city tour will be happened by visiting the Nubian Village, where we get to know the Nubian community, their beliefs and traditions, and much more! After the tour, we will transfer you by private air-conditioned vehicle to Aswan International Airport in order to catch your domestic flight to Cairo. Upon arrival to Cairo International Airport, you’ll be met with our English-speaking representative, who will help and assist you in all formalities inside the airport. Day 17: Islamic Cairo Tour
Very close to El Mouiz Street, we can visit El Hussein district, where we will admire the mosque of El Hussein from outside and view all the wonders in the area. We will have our lunch meal at one of the tourist restaurants in the area of Islamic Cairo.
