Program Itinerary:

Arrival - Transfer to Dambulla & ON

Upon arrival to Colombo International Airport, you will be met with our English-speaking representative who will help and assist you in all formalities. After that you will be transferred by private A-C van to Dambulla. En-route visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where babies abandoned or lost by the herd are cared for and trained. You can witness the bottle feeding and bathing of baby Elephants. Later on, we will complete driving to Dambulla. Upon arrival to Dambulla, you will be transferred to your chosen hotel there for check in, rest and refresh. At night, free at leisure on your own. Overnight stay in Dambulla Hotel. [No Meals]

Dambulla/Sigiriya/Dambulla

Breakfast meal will be served at your hotel. After that you will proceed to Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Sigiriya is an archeological location, where King Kasypa’s place was built on top of a rock. The fortress is consists of intriguing paintings that depicts an ancient civilization in Sri Lankan. The place consists of staircases, chambers and pools. Optional (If you are willing, you can do an elephant safari in the morning before visiting Sigiriya). After visiting Sigiriya, we will drive back to your hotel in Dambulla for overnight. [Breakfast]

Dambulla – Kandy

After breakfast we will leave to Kandy, en route you will visit Dambulla Rock Cave, The ensemble of Dambulla is clearly the perfect example of the expressionism in terms of religion and the way of Sri Lanka. Considering the Dambulla Cave Temple (or the Golden Temple of Dambulla) is the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka and it is also it is also a UNESCO world Heritage. Also visit Spice garden, Sri Lanka consist of a lush variety of valuable spices and herbs, visitors are briefed on their educational purposes, and demonstrations about the extraction of the spices will be shown as well. Upon arrival to Kandy, you will be transferred to your chosen hotel there for check in and overnight. [Breakfast]

Kandy

Breakfast meal will be served at your hotel. Later on you will be transferred to visit Temple of the Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha and view the Cultural Show. The temple was built within the royal palace complex, which houses the one of the two surviving relic of the tooth of Buddha. The city is a world heritage site declared by UNESCO, in part dueto the temple. After that you will enjoy a City tour of Kandy, including the visits to Gem Shop, Gem Museum, art & craft store. After finishing your day tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Kandy and overnight at the hotel. [Breakfast]

Kandy – Nuwara Eliya

Check out after breakfast. Later on, we will leave to Nuwara Eliya, meaning “city on the plain ” or “city of light”, is a town in Sri Lanka. It is located in the central highlands and is considered one of the most important locations for Tea production in Sri Lanka. The town is overlooked by Pidurutalagala, the highest mountain in Sri Lanka. En-route you will visit tea plantation & tea factory. Upon arrival to Nuwara Eliya, you will proceed to your hotel there for check in and overnight. [Breakfast]

Nuwara Eliya – Beruwala

Breakfast meal at your hotel. Then we will leave to Berwala Hotel. The name Beruwala is derived from the Sinhalese word for the place where the sail is lowered. It marks the spot for the first Muslim settlement on the island, established by Arab traders around the 8th century AD. A large population of Sri Lankan Moors, many of them are gem merchants, still live in the town – particularly in the “China Fort”. Msjid-ul-Abrar, a landmark of Beruwala and Sri Lanka’s oldest mosque, was built by Arab traders on a rocky peninsula overlooking the town. Afternoon, free at leisure on your own. Overnight in Berwala Hotel. [Breakfast]

Beruwala – Colombo

Check out after breakfast. Later on, we will drive towards Colombo. Upon arrival to Colombo, you will be transferred to your chosen hotel there for check in, rest and refresh. Later on you will be transferred to explore the capital of Sri Lanka by visiting the famous departmental store in Sri Lanka ODEL & many other more places. After finishing your day tour, you will return to your hotel and overnight. [Breakfast]

Check out – Final Departure

Check out after breakfast. Later on, you will be met with our English-speaking representative, who will transfer you by private A-C van to Colombo International Airport for your final departure via flight number … at … AM. [Breakfast]
