“Highly recommend your tour company”

I contacted GAT tours thanks to the good reviews on TripAdvisor and have to concur that the praise is well deserved. Operations Manager, Ahmed Omar got back to me immediately and put together a tour that included everything I wanted to see at a good price. Everything is taken care of from the moment one arrives until you leave and I have to give special kudos to Samy Zoheiry, who was the actual day to day tour manager ( I never met Ahmed). Samy was always there to make sure everything went smoothly in Cairo and he went out of his way to share his countries culture with me. It was much appreciated.
The Nile cruise ship that GAT uses had an authentic “Orient Express” feel to it and all our guides were quite good – again a special thanks to Hassan Amin from whom I learned a lot. GAT can arrange anything for you at a moments notice and has amazing customer service. Do factor in that you need around $300 a week for extra tips as it’s required for everything.
