“ Wonderful holiday”

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the excellent service your company provided, from assistance with border crossings, transfers, guides and company representatives. All services were excellent.

In particular I commend and thank your representative in Aswan who went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me when the ATM machine I was using to access cash took my card leaving me very upset and cashless. It was a holiday that day so we were unable to contact bank staff. Through the diligence and assistance of both the GAT guide and representative the rep was able to contact the bank manager and arrange to retrieve my card from the ATM machine. Such a relief for me and saved me a lot of worry and communication with my bank. Their efforts are very much appreciated.

I had a wonderful holiday in your country and probably more so because there were so few tourists at the time so no crowds or waiting to visit the wonderful sights. Good for me but not good for your company or for Egypt and the many people who rely on the tourist industry. I hope this situation changes in the near future. Never during my stay did I feel afraid or threatened in any way and I’m so glad that I didn’t cancel my trip after the political issues earlier in the year and the way it was portrayed on our media which resulted in my travel companion cancelling.
