Day 1Arrival Cairo International Airport

Arrive Cairo Airport – GAT Tours representative your best friend in the coming few days will be waiting for you inside the arrival hall at Cairo airport holding a sign in hand with your names and will help you through the immigration and customs then you will be transferred to start your tour. Breakfast at Hotel and Meet your Egyptologist tour guide – Enjoy your tour to visit the Museum of Islamic Art in Cairo – The museum hosts more than 104,000 displays reflecting the greatness of the Islamic civilization in Egypt and the whole Islamic world and showing how it has flourished and changed throughout history – Later we will take you to visit Sultan Hassan Mosque and Madrassa which is a massive consturction as this beautiful mosque is consider one of the largests museumes all over the world and the one of the best examples of Architecture during the Islamic period and El Refai Mosque – then proceed to visit Ibn Tulun Mosque & Keritlia House also you will have the chance to see Gayer Anderson Museum – Lunch at local restaurant – After Lunch – Time for walking in El Moez street and Khan El Khalili Market the largest and most popular touristic market in the world. Day 5Arrive Luxor, Temple of Madinet Habu, Deir El Madina tomb, Ramessum temple

Breakfast meal will be served on board your Sleeper train – Arrive to Luxor and we will transfer you to Hotel – Noon time start your tour to ton the West Bank of Luxor. The tour of today is very attractive, as we are going to visit the most impressive temples in the city of the dead! Our first visit of the day will be to Temple of Madinet Habu, perhaps the best preserved temple of ancient Egypt that was constructed by Ramses III. The relatively large complex have some wonderful decorations with some colors that remained intact until today. Our next visit on our in the West Bank of Luxor would be to the Deir El Madina, or the village of the workers who constructed these marvelous monuments all over Luxor. Founded in the 16th century BC, the outline of the village can be explored until today. This is besides some interesting tombs to see the decorated and colorful beautiful scenes for the daily life of ancient Egyptians, You will see the most famous tombs like Sennedjem and tomb of Ramose or others.
We finish this amazing day tour with Ramesseum, the mortuary temple of the great king, Ramses II, who built it in the 13th century. Today the temple is featured with some colossi of the king and many other notable sections. Evening time is yours to explore more places in the city like Markets and the beautiful streets along the Cornish and River Nile – (Alternative Optional Sound & Light show at Karnak temples can be offered upon request) – back to your Hotel and Overnight in Luxor (Breakfast)

Day 6Check in Nile Cruise, East Bank tour “Karnak and Luxor temples”

Breakfast at Hotel – (Early morning Optional Hot Air Balloon Over valley of the kings and West Bank of Luxor can be offered upon request) Noon time transfer by your private van to your Nile Cruise – Check in before Lunch – Afternoon is devoted to discover the richness of the Luxor River; the visit of the temple of Karnak, where each Pharaoh rendered homage by bringing a stone to build the temple. No other sacred edifice ever designed included as perfect illustrations as this temple: The temple of Amon Râ was an enormous permanent construction site for over 2,000 years. Day 7West Bank “Valley Of the Kings, Hatshepsut, Memnon”, Sailing to Esna, Edfu

Breakfast on board – Morning Cross the West Bank – Enjoy your visit to Thebes Necropolis – The Valley of The Kings the richest and most fascinating ancient tombs in Egypt. This was the burial site of the kings from the New Kingdom. The visit including entry to 3 royal tombs in the area then continue your fantastic tour in Luxor and visit El Dear El Bahri temple of queen Hatshepsut constructed during the reign of the 18th dynasty by Queen Hatshepsut, one of the greatest rulers of Egypt. The Temple is featured with its many terraces, the statues of the Queen with a beard, and its magnificent location carved out of one of the great mountains of Thebes – Colossi of Mammon these two huge statues are the only remaining items of the great funerary temple of Amenhotep III constructed in 1350 BC and became a landmark of Luxor afterwards – later back to your Nile Cruise – Lunch on board – Then begin navigating towards Esna at 1:30p.m, which is about 60 km south of Luxor – Cross Esna lock – Continue sailing towards Edfu – Dinner on board and Overnight. Day 8Edfu temple, Kom Ombo temple, Sail to Aswan

Breakfast on board – Today you will discover the finest preserved ancient Egyptian temple in the land of the Nile, The Temple of Horus in Edfu which is consider One of the best examples of Greaco Roman temples in Egypt and the most well preserved temple and the only one we know it has been completed built from Sandstone blocks related back to the Ptolemaic period in Egypt, it was constructed by the Ptolemies in the 3rd century BC for the worship of Horus – After the tour then you will be back to the ship and Sail to Kom Ombo – Lunch on board – Arrive Kom Ombo – Afternoon Enjoy your amazing tour to visit the Kom Ombo temple established in the Ptolemaic period and completed in the Roman era, the temple is dedicated to two gods, the local crocodile, Sobek, and the famous eagle god, Haroeris. This was why the temple was divided into two sections; one for each god – Sail to Aswan Dinner on board – Galabya party and Overnight in Aswan (Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner)

Day 9Abu Simble temples, Felucca around the Islands

Breakfast on board – after having your breakfast – Later on,we will be ready to drive by our A/C vehicle towards Abu Simbel, located to the south of Aswan, near Nubia. Upon arrival, we will proceed to visit the Abu Simbel Temples, simply the greatest achievement of ancient Egypt. Constructed by Ramses II, the two temples are cut out of rocks and buried under the sand for centuries before being discovered in the 19th century. The temples were actually relocated after the building of the High Dam by a UNESCO project. After a memorable tour of the temple of Abu Simbel, we will drive back to Aswan – Check in Movenpick Aswan Hotel – Afternoon enjoy felucca ride around the Islands – back to Hotel and Overnight in Aswan (Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner)

Day 10Check out Nile Cruise, Aswan visits High Dam, Philae temple Of Isis, Fly to Cairo

Breakfast at hotel – Check out your Nile Cruise – Early morning at 7.00am Start your tour to visit the High Dam which was an engineering miracle when it was built during the reign of the Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 – then continue your tour to visit beautiful temple of Philae dedicated to Goddesses Isis and Hathour and is consider one of the most famous temples in Egypt for centuries for its hertiage now lies submerged beneath the waters of Lake Nasser to the south of Aswan – we will drive back to Aswan Airport in order to catch your domestic flight back to Cairo – Meet & Assist – transfer to your Hotel – Evening free – Overnight in Cairo (Breakfast)
