Day 4Alexandria Overday Back to Cairo

Breakfast at hotel – Drive by A/C late model van to Alexandria (Distance about 220 KM and it consider the largest city after Cairo) – Alexandria becoming more and more popular with tourists coming to Egypt. Alexandria the second largest city in Egypt, known as “The Pearl of the Mediterranean”, has an atmosphere that is more Mediterranean than Middle Eastern; It has a deep history goes back to 332 BC as it was erected by Alexander the Great and it considered the capital of Egypt during the Greek Roman time.
Begin our tour in Alexandria by visiting the Catacomb Necorpolis related back to the Graeco Roman time then proceed to visit will be to the Roman Amphitheatre, discovered in 1960, the theatre which was established in the 4th century BC with its marble steps is one of its kind in Egypt.
Next Enjoy your visit to the Library of Alexandria, with the ancient library being established in the 3rd century BC and destroyed in the 1st century BC, the library we see today which is a huge wonderful architectural work, was opened in 2002.Later on, we will proceed to have lunch in one of the best local restaurants in Alexandria. Day 14Marrakech day tour

Breakfast on board – You will start a historical visit of the principal monuments of Marrakech known as “The Pearl of South”. You will visit the famous Koutoubia, a demonstration of Hispano-Moorish art that has a 70m minaret; it’s an architectural masterpiece showing the remarkable design of the period, the Saadians tombs, date back from the time of the sultan Ahmed al Mansour (1578-1603), the tombs were only recently discovered (in 1917) and were restored by the Beaux-arts services, and the Bahia palace decorated with exceptional cedar wood.
Later Visit of Ben Youssef School, an Islamic school known by its beautiful art and architecture. Visit of the Souks sources of temptations, regrouping different works and business: Cabinetmakers, ironware merchants, boiler makers. Then the visit continues to the famous Jamâa El fna square known to be a place of public execution until last century. Today it provides constant ever changing entertainment, which is more alive in the sunset and continues late in the night. The square is centre for public meetings and even riots, where story tellers, snake charmers, acrobats, folkloric bands, etc… are operating daily. (Breakfast)
