EVERY FRIDAY ASWAN

Day 1Arrival to Aswan and tour to the High Dam, Philae Temple and Felucca Ride in Aswan (Lunch and Dinner)

Your Cruise trip will start by meeting GAT Tours’ Representative in the morning who will take you directly to your Nile cruiser to check in and start your amazing adventure.

The first site you will visit in Aswan is the High Dam which was built during the region of the president, Gamal Abdel Nasser in order to store the Nile extra water and also to generate electricity.

Through a motorboat ride, you will reach the amazing temple of Philae which was built during the Greco Roman era. Then you will have the chance to sail the Nile by a felucca.

Your last visit for today will be to the great site of the Unfinished Obelisk that was discovered in the granite quarry at the south of Aswan city.

You will return to your Cruise to spend the night. [Lunch and Dinner]

Day 2Tour to Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

You will start a fresh day with a delicious breakfast on your cruise to be ready for a great adventure.

The city of Kom Ombo will be your first destination of the day where you will be visiting the temple of Sobek & Haroeris. This temple was built to worship two gods, the local crocodile, Sobek and the famous eagle god, Haroeris. This is because the temple was built in two different eras, the Ptolemaic and the Roman era.

Now you will get back to your Cruise to get some rest, then you can continue the tour by visiting the Temple of Horus in Edfu. This charming temple was one of the most famous temples made by the hand of ancient Egyptians.

Day 3Tour to the West Bank (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Enjoy your morning time on your own, or you can join us in our optional ride with a Hot-air Balloon to fly all over the West Bank of Luxor and enjoy such breathtaking views from the sky.

The most delicious breakfast will be waiting for you at your Nile Cruise then get ready to explore the famous site of the Valley of the Kings. This site is full of charming ancient tombs for the kings from the new kingdom.

The Temple of Deir El Bahari will be your next destination for today. You will enjoy discovering a masterpiece made by the greatest queen Hatshepsut in the 18th dynasty.

Your last visit of the day will be to the famous Colossi of Memnon. This site consists of two amazing statues that were constructed in 1350 BC to become one of the greatest landmarks in Luxor nowadays.

Now you will get back to your Nile Cruise to spend the night. [Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner]

Day 4Tour to the East Bank (Breakfast)

Don’t miss your breakfast meal before checking out the Nile Cruise and get ready for today’s journey at the east bank of Luxor.

To complete visiting the luxor temples collection, you have to visit the charming temple of Karnak Complex. All the items inside this temple date back to the new kingdom like the huge columns of the hypostyle hall constructed by Ramses II.

Then you will continue the tour by visiting the second charming temple in Luxor which is named after the city, the Luxor Temple. This one was built in the 14th century BC and many Pharaohs participated in its construction like Ramses II and Queen Hatshepsut.

EVERY MONDAY LUXOR

Day 1Arrival to Luxor and tour to the East Bank (Lunch and Dinner)

Your Nile Cruise trip will start by meeting GAT Tours’ Representative who will be responsible to take you to your Nile Cruise ship to check in and enjoy your Lunch meal in the middle of the Nile.

The Temple of Karnak will be your first destination to visit in Luxor city. Then to the most attractive temple of Luxor which was constructed in the 14th century BC by Ramses II, Queen Hatshepsut, and many other kings. Both temples are masterpieces of Luxor temples.

At night you will return to your Nile Cruise to get some rest. [Lunch and Dinner]

Day 2Tour to the West Bank (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Enjoy your morning time on your own or can choose our optional trip to take a Hot-air Balloon ride to discover the whole of Luxor city from the highest point.

Then you will head to visit the most attractive site in Luxor, the Valley of the Kings. This was the burial site for all the kings from the New Kingdom which means it hosts the greatest tombs of ancient Egyptians.

Day 3Tour to Edfu and Kom Ombo temples (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Enjoy your Energizing breakfast on board before starting today’s trip in Edfu city.

The Temple of Horus is your most important visit to Edfu city which was built in the 3rd century BC during the Ptolemies era to worship the god Horus.

Once you finish this marvelous visit, you will return back to your Nile Cruiser to enjoy your lunch meal in the middle of the Nile with many charming views.

Then you will proceed your visit by visiting the Temple of Kom Ombo which was constructed during the Ptolemaic period and was completed during the Roman era.

Finally, you will return to your Nile Cruise to get some rest after a long and fruitful trip.

Day 4The High Dam, Philae Temple and Felucca ride in Aswan (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Your breakfast meal will be served to you on board before starting today’s journey in Aswan city.

The wonderful city of Aswan will offer you amazing sites and the first of these sites is the High Dam. This great project was built by the former president, Gamal Abdel Nasser to save some extra water for the Egyptians and also to generate electricity.

Now it’s the time to go on a motorboat ride to visit one of the startling temples in Aswan which is the Philae Temple. This temple was built in the 3rd century BC during the era of the Greco Roman To worship the goddess Isis.

Last but not least, you will be visiting the charming site of the Unfinished Obelisk which is a great sample for the obelisks construction in ancient Egypt.

Once the tour is over, you will return to your Nile cruiser where you will be having your lunch meal while enjoying the amazing Nile views.

You will go on a road trip with an Air-conditioned vehicle towards Abu Simbel to visit the greatest achievement of the ancient Egyptians, Abu Simbel Temples. This temple was built by Ramses II and it was made out of rocks. Through the years this temple was buried under the sand and we only were able to discover it in the 19th century. You will definitely enjoy your visit there.
