Upon arrival to Cairo International Airport, you will be met with GAT Tours’ representative, your best friend for the coming few days, who will help you in passing the passport control and collecting your luggage. Then, you will be transferred to the hotel in Cairo by air-conditioned vehicle with qualified driver. Arrival to your hotel in Cairo, we will check in the hotel within few minutes! Then you will proceed to your nice room for overnight.
Energizing breakfast at the hotel. After that, you will join your English-speaking Egyptologist, who will join you in such awe-inspiring tour to visit the marvelous Pyramids of Giza, constructed around 2500 BC as the necropolis of the kings of the forth dynasty. Also we will see the marvelous sphinx constructed with a body of a lion and the head of a human to guard the pyramids from any threats. Our next visit will be to The Step Pyramid Complex in Sakkara, which is considered to be the oldest surviving stone monument in the whole world and the first proper pyramid to be constructed in ancient Egypt. Enjoy your lunch meal at local restaurant in Cairo. At the end of the tour, we will drive to the city of Memphis to visit The Open Air Museum, which was established in 32nd century BC by King Narmer after he unified Upper and Lower Egypt and became the first capital of the whole country. Breakfast at hotel in Cairo. Check out to transfer to Cairo International Airport to take your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival to Luxor, you will be met by GAT Tours representative to transfer you to your Dahabiya boat assisting you in check in. Embarkation in Luxor. Lunch on board. Then you will start exploring Luxor by visiting its famous great temples. You will visit Temple of Karnak, constructed over a period of more than one thousand years, almost all the impressive items of the Karnak we see today date back to the new kingdom specially the huge amazing columns of the hypostyle hall which are constructed by Ramses II, the greatest builder of ancient Egypt. Our next visit will be to the Luxor Temple, another startling temple which was established around the 14th century BC and the construction continued for many years afterwards by Ramses II, Queen Hatshepsut, and many other Pharaohs.
Dinner and overnight on the West Bank. (Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner)
Breakfast on the Dahabiya. Then you will start your day tour to explore the West bank of Luxor. Your first visit will be to the Valley of the Kings, which is the royal burial ground of pharaohs during the New Kingdom (1539 – 1075 B.C). 63 tombs were discovered in the Valley of the Kings, among them, the tomb of Tutankhamen.
The next visit in this day tour will be to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari. Finally, you will visit the two huge statues, the colossi of Memnon. After finishing your day tour, you will return back to your Dahabiay. Lunch on board. Sail to Esna and tea time on the sun deck. Dinner during sailing. Overnight beside an island. Breakfast while crossing Esna Lock. Sail to Edfu and lunch during sailing. Upon arrival to Edfu, you will visit Edfu Temple, the temple of god Horus in ancient Egypt. Sail to Al Ramady Island. Dinner on board and overnight beside Al Ramady Island. (Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner)

Arrive to Aswan early morning. Breakfast on board. Visit the Temple of Philae, constructed in the 3rd century BC in the Greco Roman era as the cult center of the goddess Isis. Then visit the High Dam, which was constructed by the former president, Gamal Abdel Nasser to store the water, then generate a large volume of the electricity.
After finishing the day tour, you will return back to your dahabiya boat. Lunch on board. Free time at Aswan. Overnight on board. (Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner)

Disembarkation in Aswan. Then you will be transferred to Aswan International Airport to take your flight back to Cairo.
Upon arrival to Cairo Airport, you will be met by GAT Tours Representative. Transfer to your hotel in Cairo for check in. Overnight in Cairo. (Breakfast)
Breakfast meal will be served at your hotel. After that, you’ll join your expert tour guide in such awe-inspiring tour in the city center of Cairo. We begin our visits of the day by exploring The Egyptian Museum, the largest museum in the world with a huge collection of displays dating back to various periods of the ancient Egyptian history including the golden exhibits of Tutankhamen. Enjoy your lunch meal at local restaurant. We will then visit the Citadel of Saladin, constructed in the 10th century by Saladin to protect Egypt and became the residence of the rulers of Egypt for a period that lasted more than seven centuries. Finally we will proceed to visit Coptic Cairo Area, including The Hanging Church, the Abu Serga Church and the Church of Saint Mary. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel for overnight.
Check out after breakfast. Later on, you’ll be met with GAT Tours’ Representative who will transfer you by private air-conditioned vehicle to Cairo International Airport in order to catch your departure flight carrying wonderful memories about your last trip in the land of the Nile, Egypt.
